This year’s QE Award is another in a long line of prestigious awards for the company. Independent Verification and Trusted Results

Independent real estate companies and national corporations in 24 states participate in the QE assessment. Eligibility for the 2019 QE Award requires a minimum number of surveys sent and returned, adjusted from year-to-year based upon market conditions and the number of participants. Last year, more than 30,000 real estate agents and 750 companies elected to participate.

The QE Award is based on the aggregated results of an independent survey given to buyers and sellers who closed a real estate transaction with a participating business. Since scores are based on a percentage of results, they are weighted equally, so the customer service of businesses of all sizes and types are assessed fairly. Quality Service Certification, Inc. (QSC) and Leading Research Corporation administer the survey process to ensure that every past customer is surveyed and no company or agents can influence the results.
