Quality Service Certification, Inc (QSC) provides customer service and satisfaction metrics for real estate agents across the nation. With over 2 million customer satisfaction surveys delivered, it is among the most comprehensive and reliable measurements of customer service in real estate. QSC Gold and Platinum awards are given to real estate agents that provide superior service to customers.

How Are QSC Awards Determined?
Real estate customers ultimately determine which real estate agents demonstrate the level of service necessary to be recognized by a QSC award. QSC surveys real estate customers about their experience with their real estate agent, and determines awards based on the results of these surveys.
To be considered, each agent must have at least four surveys returned from separate clients. To win a Gold QSC award, the customer satisfaction rating from these surveys must be, overall, 4.5 or higher. For a Platinum award, the customer satisfaction rating must be, overall, 4.7 or higher, and all surveys must be rated with a 4 or 5, indicating Satisfied or Very Satisfied with service. These high standards not only show that the Realtor is successful and attentive in working with customers, but also reliable and consistent. This gives clients confidence when it comes to selecting a real estate professional who will work closely with them and deliver extraordinary service.
