What are the 2019 QSC Gold and Platinum Awards?

The 2019 QSC Gold and Platinum awards are given to real estate agents who demonstrate extraordinary customer service. The awards are based on Quality Service Assurance Surveys that each client is given after a real estate transaction is completed. While all real estate agents must meet set customer service standards to maintain their Quality Service Certification, winners of the Gold and Platinum Awards go above and beyond. 

To receive a Gold award, real estate agents must have an overall Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSR) of 4.5 or higher. To receive a Platinum award, agents must have an overall CSR of 4.7 or higher, and all surveys must be rated with a 4 or 5, indicating Satisfied or Very Satisfied with service. These high standards show that real estate agents with QSC Gold and Platinum awards consistently please customers. These agents’ extensive real estate knowledge, helpful attitude, care, and attention to detail all help them to be the best real estate agents in the country.
