In a survey of home buyers’ and sellers’ satisfaction by market research company JD Power, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices received the highest satisfaction rankings among repeat home buyers. This shows that buyers who are familiar with the buying process and the complexities of the real estate market consistently choose Berkshire Hathaway Realtors to help them find their home.
What is the JD Power Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study?
This is the 11th year of the JD Power Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction study, a survey of home buyers and sellers working with the nation’s largest real estate companies. The survey ranks real estate companies on a 1000-point scale according to customer responses. Participating customers included first-time home buyers and sellers, and repeat home buyers and sellers. The study asked customers to rank their satisfaction according to four basic factors; the agent or salesperson they worked with, the real estate company office, the closing process, and the additional services provided.
JD Power is a global marketing research company studying the preferences and trends in consumer attitudes around the world. They assess a wide range of industries, including automotive, energy, financial services, insurance, telecommunications and more. Their consumer satisfaction studies not only show trends in each industry, but also reveal customer preferences, trust and approval.

With a score of 874, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices tied with Coldwell Banker as the top choice for repeat home buyers.
