Training expands into Eastern Michigan

This is also the same belief of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate (Michigan Real Estate) which is why the D.A.S.H. training program is growing and expanding. Michigan Real Estate is committed to continuous learning and establishing programs that will help develop our agents as a whole person. This concept is the foundation of D.A.S.H., developing attitudes, skills and habits. It provides a training program to our real estate agents that will help them drive their business to the next level, while also keeping them grounded and well balanced.

Steve Fase, Broker Owner and CEO of Michigan Real Estate strongly believes in the importance of these programs, which is why a new trainer has been hired, to ensure agents in every region of the Michigan Real Estate company will gain from the D.A.S.H. training program.

As more real estate agents are being added to the Michigan Real Estate offices in Eastern Michigan it was important to keep up with the growing demand of training. After thoughtful consideration Andrea Shearer was hired as a new trainer in Eastern Michigan.

Andrea selected to become part of Michigan Real Estate because her values and beliefs strongly align with the company’s culture. She also noticed their strong desire to serve and actively participate in the community, which is something she was already doing and wanted to continue to do. “I greatly value education and continuous learning,” said Shearer. “During college, I focused on business, marketing and leadership hoping to someday attain a mentorship role. The D.A.S.H. training program is going to allow me to accomplish this goal while watching others accomplish their goals! It truly is the best of all worlds.”

Please welcome Andrea to her new role as a D.A.S.H trainer. She will work to grow strong real estate agents in Eastern Michigan.
