The seasons are changing and so is real estate in greater Lansing. We are proud to announce that Tomie Raines, Inc., a leader in residential real estate for over 40 years, is becoming a part of the nationally recognized Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The combination of Tomie Raines with one of most respected brands in the world represents a new era in greater Lansing real estate. Our new name is Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Tomie Raines REALTORS®.

Some things are changing and some stay the same.

In addition to a new name and logo we become a part of an international network of over 1200 offices and over 42,000 sales associates and a part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan, the third largest brokerage company in the state. Our agents now have access to the brand’s Global Network Platform, a suite of online tools, applications and services, many exclusive to us, and a handy mobile app, a social media platform, and a powerful referral network. Our soon to be unveiled new web site will take search to a new level and provide listing clients tools no one else provides.
